Phobos II And A City On Mars

In July 1988, the Russians launched two unmanned satellite probes – Phobos 1 and Phobos 2 – in the 
direction of Mars, and with the primary intention of investigating the planet’s mysterious moon, Phobos. Phobos 1 was unfortunately lost en route two months later, reportedly because of a radio command error. Phobos 2 was also ultimately lost in the most intriguing circumstances, but not before it had beamed back certain images and information from the planet Mars itself.
Phobos 2 arrived safely at Mars in January, 1989, and entered into an orbit around Mars as the first step at its destination towards its ultimate goal: to transfer to an orbit that the would make it fly almost in tandem with the Martian moonlet called Phobos (hence the spacecrafts name) and explore the moonlet with highly sophisticated equipment that included two packages of instruments to be placed on the moonlet’s surface. Basic Principles Of The Infinite ~ Part III

It was the philosophy of Jesus (and I should know about as well as anyone else) that each of us has a superconscious self within which is our Christ Self. To believe in that statement, and by the simple process of believing requires an understanding of it. If you believe in the superconscious self, it is necessary for you to know what the superconscious self is. This Christ Self or superconscious self in every one of us will be our personal savior and will be the determinant which will lift us above the mundane terrestrial dimensions. It will put us into such a position that we can intelligently rotate into cycles which will bring us closer and closer unto the Infinite.
Now I realize these things are quite complex although we have tried to streamline them. We have tried to stay away from any heavy 
mathematical formulae and sundry things which tend to confuse. Our great aim as UN.AR.I.U.S. channels is to have you become acquainted with the principles involved. We must appreciate the fact that entering into these studies and teachings is of utmost importance. But it is a safe statement that one could not read these things through and after an hour or so be able to give a fraction of 
what is contained herein. Now I realize this difficulty, therefore, if we are going to get everything that we can from these teachings, we must go over and over them; in fact, we need to review the previous lessons and actually live with them until they are embedded into our psychic body. Assimilation of this work will need to be a seven-day a week job so that at night in your sleep, you will go to the places which will be best suited to your instruction. You will be projected in astral flight or attuned to one of these planets to be taught, for there is much work done in sleep-state. Venus is one of these teaching planets; when you so wish and will it, you can go there and continue your courses and your studies. You may not be conscious of these experiences the next morning, and again you may. You will assimilate the various principles and the things which you have endeavored to learn about from this side of life because we receive spiritual integration along with our physical cooperation in our material world. Life At Death

I guess the first question to ask is whether we all survive death? Until recently I would not have had any doubt about that, but it seems there is a small complication for some people. Many people would be aware that the universe appears to attempt to supply that which we focus on, even if it is not good for us. Those people who are adamant that there is no life after death, and make this a certainty in their life often do not pass immediately from one realm to the next in a conscious state. They are termed “sleeping survivors.” These folks almost get their most fervent wish – annihilation. They may sleep for centuries, before a group awakening. More recent information now suggests that relatively few pass over as “Sleeping Survivors” at the present time. This may be because the rules have been changed, as we enter the “Correcting Time” and also possibly because there are far more Celestial helpers available at this time. I assume these “tough cases” were grouped together as an efficiency measure which enabled them to handle these folks en-mass. (more…)

Atomic Radiation And Its Effects On Living Tissue ~ Part III

Skin. All external radiation incident upon the body must first pass through the skin. Skin consists of two layers—the outer epidermis and an inner dermis. The epidermis consists of several layers of cells and on the average is about .003 inch thick. In the dermis are located the nerve endings, blood supply, glands, and fat.
A noticeable effect of radiation on the skin is the production of a reddening—erythema—which results partly from an enlargement of the small blood vessels supplying the skin. The development of an erythema is often used to gauge the amount of radiation delivered during x-ray or radium treatment. A distressing feature of the early stages of skin damage by radiation is the so-called radiodermatitus characterized by intense and incessant itching around an ulcerated area. (more…)

Nikola Tesla And Radiant Energy

If all the great inventions and discoveries of Nikola Tesla, nothing stood out with greater potential benefit to the whole of humanity than his discovery of Radiant Energy in 1889. The series of observations that led to the discovery of Radiant energy initially grew out of experiments that Tesla had conducted in an attempt to duplicate the results that Heinrich Hertz had claimed to achieve in affirming the existence of electromagnetic waves, the discovery of which Hertz announced in 1887. While replicating Hertz’s experiments, Tesla experimented with violently abrupt DC electrical discharges and discovered a new force in the process.
Only after conducting exhaustive experimental trials for the next three years, did Tesla announce this stupendous discovery in a paper published in December, 1892, entitled “The Dissipation of Electricity”. Incredibly, most academicians of the day completely missed the mark in understanding the true significance of his paper. (more…)

Going more thoroughly into what we might call the psychic structures of man, we now come to a point which has led to a 
great deal of confusion among people. Some of the theosophical concepts state that man has a spiritual body which is composed of many layers, like an onion, and that in going into the various transitions and elevations of spiritual concept, he sheds each succeeding layer. We need to bring it down into a much more practical and more acceptable form.
This drawing represents a man. Each individual has the abdominal viscera, and pulmonary viscera and the various organs with their functions in the body. The human body is a very delicately balanced mechanism. We have a glandular system which is called the endocrine glands; some are ductless glands, others have ducts which enter into the circulatory system.
The point which we are making here is that as far as medical science is concerned, the human body is simply a thing, shall we say, of genetic creation; we came into this world simply as a by-product of a certain genetic process. This erroneous belief is why medicine today is looking for the unsolved riddles of the incurable diseases. The thought has not yet occurred to the medical man that this body could not have come into existence unless it was first conceived in another dimension. (more…)

Under our great enterprise economy, famed for its industrial wealth, its cartels, its power politics, its kickbacks, and billion dollar grants to buy anti-communist friends, there have emerged wealthy and powerful political action associations. These are organized for the purpose of safe guarding and advancing the material welfare of their membership through co-operative action. These organizations maintain highly paid lobbyists in the nation’s capital to prevent the passage of legislation they regard as inimical to their interests, and work for the passage of legislation favorable to their interests. The public interests seldom receive any consideration.
Outstanding among these behemoths of political skullduggery is the American Medical Association, probably the most powerful because its tentacles reach out from the capital into every town and city in the United States, holding in their hands the power of life and death. Too often the angel of death haunts the hospital corridors where patients suffering from the most cruel diseases are being treated. (more…)

Edgar Cayce On Karmic Lag-Time

A curious fact, observable in the cases of physical karma already discussed here, is that the karmic consequence of an action sometimes shows itself only after an interval of one or more lifetimes. The question arises as to why this karmic suspension is necessary. Why should not the reaction begin immediately, with the promptness of a ball rebounding from a wall?
There would seem to be several answers to this question. One is that the ego must wait for a time and place appropriate to the karma which it has created. It may take centuries before such a suitable opportunity presents itself, and the intervening centuries are to be used for the working out of other character problems. A good example of this type of karmic suspension is seen in the Cayce data on entities who once lived on the lost continent of Atlantis. (more…)

Greetings, friends, from UN.AR.I.U.S..
We are all very happy to see you here this evening. Tonight’s lesson, which is number 4, will be moderated by William 
Crookes and Michael Faraday and several other of the savants who have once lived upon this earth and have gone into higher realms.
Last week we discussed, in our approach to this new science, something of mass and energy. We discovered that there was 
actually no such thing as a solid and that all things resolve themselves into different forms or dimensions or structural parts of energy. We also divided this energy concept into two classifications. We could say that there was static energy, as represented in the structures of the atom, to what we call solid or mass. We also found that it was this same energy in a transposed state or condition which we call dynamic energy or moving energy, kinetic energy. Through Einstein’s basic theory, which was a factual or a mathematical calculus, whereby energy could be transported into mass or mass into energy. And therefore, we resolved into the concept that the structures of the atoms themselves, while they may appear as small solar systems of energy, yet even the negative or the positive quotients of each atomic structure, as was constituted in the electron, the neutron or the positron or the proton are in itself a subminiature universe of energy. Discovering Past Lives Using The Resonance Method ~ Part II

Occupations
Past-life occupations also appear to leave a powerful imprint on people. Frequently, after I have taught people the Resonance Method and raised the subject of occupations, they can immediately recall two or three jobs they have done in former lives. You may find that the idea of life in a convent or life tilling the land has always evoked a certain strange nostalgia in you. Or you may realize that you have a real feel for medicine, the military, for making things with your hands, for fishing, hunting, teaching, writing, carpentry, building clocks, helping others, acting, weaving, public speaking, electronics, or astronomy.
Once you have come up with a list of occupations for which you have resonance, go back over your life and see if this sheds any light on other aspects of your personality. For example, after I discovered that I had resonance for having been a jeweler, I suddenly realized this aptitude had manifested itself frequently throughout my life without my having been aware of it. I realized that I had always possessed a natural tendency to tinker with watches and other small objects. Although I had never cultivated such a reputation, friends and family frequently brought me their broken chain clasps and other jewelry to be fixed. I even remember that as a small boy, I once saw a book on a famous jeweler in a bookstore, and I paused and gazed at it for a second or two as if the information the book contained were calling to me—but then I moved on and had completely forgotten the incident until I had my flash of insight about having been a jeweler. After leaving the Grove the visitor is invited to refresh himself in the Guest House, which is maintained for the entertainment of strangers. It stands between the Grove and the Gardens, which form the entrance to the Seven Gardens of Eden—the vast Gardens belonging to the imperial palace.
The Guest House, with its environing park, its pergolas, its walks and seats, its fountains and bird baths, its gorgeous flowers and shade trees, presents a picture impossible to describe. The building itself is of white marble, trimmed with green onyx and black Liberian stone. Within, the floors are of white marble, also trimmed in green and black. The woodwork of arches and windows is of cypress and olive, the relieving strips being of black oak. This building, as well as most public edifices in the City, is planned to stand square to the four points of the compass—facing North, South, East and West. (more…)
