Dolores: Can we have access to the files on Atlantis again? I would like to know about the actual destruction of Atlantis. The last time he was telling us some of the reasons why it was destroyed, because of the misuse of mind power. But what about the actual destruction? Can he show you anything about that?

John: Yes, he’s showing me deep fissures made in the Earth. Deep fissures, because of these crystals. They used this crystal power and transmitted sunlight into the ground and it caused stress. Also they tried to tap the molten core of the Earth, and this caused a lot of pressure that helped destroy the island as well. They bored into the molten core. And this molten core blew up, and that’s why things exploded.

D: Why were they doing that?

J: They were looking for another energy source, instead of just the Sun.

D: Then they were using the Sun with the crystals. How were they boring into the Earth?

J: Through heavy concentration and mind power.

D: They did have their minds developed to quite a degree. (Yes) And then what happened? You said they made these fissures in the Earth from both of these sources, the crystals and their mind?

J: Comets had something to do with it as well.

D: Does he know why?

J: No. He’s just showing that comets were in the skies that foreordained that this event would happen. The scientists bored into the solid rock down to the molten core level. This put an enormous relief on the Earth’s molten core. But it also affected all the planets, and not just the continents on the Earth itself.

D: You mean the planets in our solar system?

J: Right. Because this threw off lots of high energy, and this was why Atlantis sank.

D: They were messing with something they didn’t understand?

J: They didn’t comprehend the power behind the molten core.

D: Then the comets didn’t have anything to actually do with this.

J: No, but there were attendants in the skies for this event.

D: Then what happened?

J: It created the fissures by this mental drilling. And what escaped was the inner molten core, which lopsided the world, and this is why it sank.

D: Like a volcanic eruption?

J: Right. It was an Earth shift.

[After awakening John told what he could remember that was not recorded on the tape. As usual the clearest memory was the last thing we discussed.]

J: They knew about astrology. They mastered that art. The comets appearing gave them warning that they should not be messing around with seeking this energy source from the center of the Earth. Yet they kept on boring into the Earth using mental power. Imagine a bore going into the Earth. And when it hit this molten core, this caused a huge amount of energy to be released. That caused volcanic eruptions. And it’s like something burst to the surface. You know how it can bubble and burst to the surface and then ….?

D: I was thinking it must have been like a volcano, but apparently it was more powerful than that.

J: Oh, yes, it was much more powerful. They didn’t realize they couldn’t channel this energy.

D: To stop it, you mean?

J: Right, it was too powerful. It was like a volcano, except it was like a million times. It just tore up the whole island. He was very reluctant to tell me. I think he didn’t want people to get ideas to do that again.

D: There’s been talk about boring into the Earth with machinery.

J: Yeah. He was really reluctant for me to talk about it. I could go into it more, but it was like “subject finished, file closed”. That was enough.

Dolores: Can you see what brought about the destruction of Atlantis?

Phil: There are many factors here that are both apparent and non-apparent. However, we feel that the physical is perhaps more akin to what you are asking. The destruction was many-fold. However, the most traumatic was the destruction of the land mass itself in a cataclysm of volcanic activity caused by earthquakes. The majority of this destruction was enhanced by those who were the ruling class at that time. There was given to the people an ability to destroy themselves by use of many different forms of energies. There were many different types of energies available. And they were simply misusing these, such that there became many disharmonious forces in that particular portion of the planet.

D: I wondered whether the cause was natural phenomenon, or if the people had a part to play in the actual destruction.

P: The majority of the destruction was an act of ignorance and dim-wittedness. However, there was at some level an awareness that such actions would have consequences. And yet those consequences were ignored in favor of the immediate so-called gain of such actions.

D: But you said they used energies, and these types of energies were part of the cause of the erupting volcanoes and the earthquakes?

P: That is accurate. There were the energies of the crystals that were focused so that the lines of force of the Earth itself were cut. So that the glue, so to say, that held that portion of the Earth was severed. And there was the disharmony that resulted from this destruction. And then the cataclysm which followed.

D: Does that mean they didn’t expect this to happen?

P: There were those who warned that such actions would cause such a reaction. However, the majority of the people who were making the decisions at that time were blinded by their own sense of not being answerable to the laws of nature and God. And were acting in ways that were causing much destruction.

D: So they were playing around with things they shouldn’t have, in other words.

P: They were playing around with things in ways they should not have. Not that they were playing around with things that they should not have.

D: So it backfired and ended up destroying them and their world at that time.

P: That is accurate.

Dolores: I was wondering that if Atlantis was such a perfect place and was developing such tremendous capabilities, what happened that brought its downfall?

Brenda: What happened was – as best I can see – an unforeseen natural disaster. And this natural disaster was so widespread that it threw everything into chaos. It appears the main thing that happened was that, they were developing along really well and there appears to be a small group who wanted more power than they should have. But they had not really developed any major problematical power yet. The way Atlantis was situated, it was on two different tectonic plates. And the strain between these two plates got to the point where they had a major earthquake. I mean, very major, to the point that when the ground split, it split all the way through the crust and the magma and lava started welling up from it, not from a volcano but from the earthquake. And it was so violent it was felt all over the world. And it was collapsing buildings on both continents. It just totally destroyed Atlantis to smithereens, as this subject would say.

D: I’ve heard a story, and I didn’t know how true it was. That the group that wanted power used the main crystal or something and this was part of it.

B: That probably contributed to the violence of the earthquake, because it was unstable and ready to go at any time. And they thought they would tinker around with what they could do, and it set the earthquake off worst than it would have otherwise.

D: Then do you see, is that why the continent sank?

B: It didn’t sink all the way. It sank, but for centuries thereafter ships could not navigate that ocean because of the mud shoals that were in the way. It was too shallow for ships to navigate all the way across. And as the plates moved apart, the mud shoals gradually sank deep enough to where ships could go across without running aground. There have been some records of this in your maritime annals, that people have just chalked up to something inexplicable.

[This could explain the old maps and the reluctance of sailors to sail out a great distance. There were many tales even in the days of Columbus of monsters and lost ships. Maybe this was behind the legends of ships falling off the edge of the Earth, because when they sailed out and did not return they had indeed fallen off. The people at home could not know they had perhaps struck the shoals and sunk, or became stuck and thus died of starvation. This could also explain the legend of the Sargasso Sea or Sea of Lost Ships.]

D: When it happened, was it like a sinking to the people who were on the land?

B: No, it was confusion and disaster, with their land shaking like crazy and rivers of lava running down the streets. And it was very horrible and people ran to the ocean and swam out into the ocean to get away from the lava and to get away from the shaking land. And the ones that escaped to the ocean were drowned because the initial earthquake caused tidal waves to come back and were bouncing off the continent on both sides. And the tidal waves swept over the remains of the island and destroyed everything that was not already destroyed by the lava and the shaking.

[I want to comment on a case I had in New Orleans in 2000. A man regressed to what he described as Atlantis, where he was a member of a group of priests. There was a high priest over them, and they were using crystals to try to counteract the negative influences of another group of scientists that were very dominant. It seemed that the other group of scientists were using their mental powers and their mind control in negative ways. And they were also conducting experiments in negative ways. Thus this group of priests were trying to counteract the negativity by using crystals and directing energy to try to negate the effects they were creating. But the priests were having problems. They had a group of crystals, and these had to be aligned in a certain order or pattern to create the highest degree of effectiveness, but it wasn’t working. They kept rearranging the crystals, and using the power of their minds, and it was still not able to work.]

[Things gradually got worse, and the land was experiencing a great deal of seismic activity. And they knew that the continent was going to sink. I asked him how they knew for sure, and he said because of the negative things that the other group was doing. It was creating an imbalance, and everything was greatly out of balance. This together with everything else that was happening was creating the seismic activity. And they knew that the piece of land, the island or whatever, Atlantis, was going to sink. So they decided to leave the continent to go somewhere else.]

[He said they left in ships and took all of their group with them. I wanted a description of the ships, and they were very strange looking. He said they were like large round bubbles. They were quite large because they could hold as many as fifty people in one. When they rode in the water, half of the bubble was above the water and half of it was below the water. The half that was above the water was clear. You could see through it. The people were inside these bubbles, and were powering them by the crystals and mind control. They had taken the crystals with them, some of them on each of the ships. The group focused their minds to create the power that was propelling these bubble ships across the ocean. They were going to what would later be known as Egypt.]

[When the group reached Egypt they were able to use the crystals, and erected living quarters. They never heard what happened to the continent, because they never encountered anyone who survived and made the journey. There were groups of people living there who were native to the area with no advanced psychic abilities. So they didn’t even mix with them. They stayed to themselves as this group of priests, and were going to continue their work and start a whole new civilization there with the use of their crystals and mind control. They intended to continue to use advanced science.]

[This was an unexpected example of survivors who were able to escape the tragedy and carry advanced knowledge with them. They hoped to create a new civilization that would not be carried to the extremes of the last one. Who knows how many others escaped and went to other continents? This would be an explanation for the erection of monuments and edifices that our scientists cannot explain. The knowledge was there, and was probably lost after several generations.]
