Sister Kenny informs us that children cannot get polio unless they are in the right vibration (negative) for it. They become victims of polio because of all the negative things they see and hear on television programs; they have feelings of lack, inferiority and particularly, insecurity at times. Then, while in these negative vibrations, they are receptive to these viruses that are born in the astral realms of negation. Parents sometimes get polio also as they become fearful of getting it from the children.
There will be a new vaccine developed, first to be tried on rabbits, within the next few years.
[Ed: In theory at the time of the writing of this article, this was how a vaccine was suppose to work versus now being used as a biological weapon which, in my opinion, Dr. Norman would never have approved of.]
Any vaccine used today will need to be continued again every two or three years to be effective. After a few years, it will be found that a new strain of polio will develop. Polio virus is a very infinitely small body of extremely negative energies that are intelligent in their own particular way and cannot get into the body unless the right vibration of negation is set up for them. Tiny viruses are intelligent wave form energies of almost atomic size, sometimes on the order of tiny negative intelligences that are generated by evil forces of astral worlds which group together as atomic dust.

What the doctors call viruses are destructive wave forms and each one gathers unto himself his own kind. In the category of colds and flu, all come from or start with negative thoughts from minds of both etheric and physical realms and radiate into a certain respective pattern. Doctors and surgeons admit they do not know what causes the so-called popular colds and viruses or what they are; they are only aware of the effect or result.
If the thought form of murder is generated in this physical world, it can be collected on certain layers or planes, and one attracts unto himself as the moth toward the light.
What the doctor of today calls leucocytes are intelligences in themselves of a much more expanded nature. They know how to attack germs that get into the bloodstream but will not attack viruses until they are alerted for such. Every white corpuscle is a fluid mass of viruses, in a sense, with the intelligence to kill other germs by superimposing the wave forms of various structures.
Leukemia is the result of the white leucocytes of the bloodstream which have lost their intelligence and have become murderous to cells with which they come in contact and are therefore cancerous in nature. They lose their relationship to the controlling force of the vibration from the life cycle. Any cancerous conditions such as leukemia are cancerous by nature because they have lost this intelligence of the life force.
Nerve tissues, to the average doctor, look like a stringy-like substance, but actually they are atomic structures which are linked together so they can carry the impulses from the brain or, in the condition of pain, such atomic nerve structures have within themselves the necessary intelligence to reverse the process and convey the message to the brain.
The doctor of today does not understand as yet the atomic structure of these brain tissues and that in these atomic structures are the composite wave forms which link them through the psychic body to the life cycle. Such linkage is also carried out in all structures of the body in a relative degree, the psychic body being the reflective agent from the life cycle.
Each corpuscle, which is a minute particle of electricity, or the electron, has an element of iron within the molecules or substructures. This iron is magnetized, in a sense of the word, from the energies stemming from the psychic body. Each corpuscle then becomes, in a sense, a tiny magnet and attracts and holds or adheres unto itself, tiny molecules of oxygen as it passes through the lungs, or it can pick up waste products which are poured into the capillary tract through the process of osmosis. These corpuscles are, in a literal sense, electronic brooms or electric garbage collectors, maintaining as they do, a minute static charge of electricity.
When man learns of these vital concepts – principles far in advance of your present day medical sciences, he will learn also the great importance of maintaining more positive states of consciousness. He will learn (and know) how to help his offspring to live less fearful and insecure lives from feelings of inadequacy, etc., as well as the parents themselves must live more complacent lives. When the inhabitants of your earth eventually come to realize these most important positive states and come to live more closely to Spirit, you will find such conditions as polio become far less existent and eventually nonexistent. Negation is at the root of all such problems; knowledge and application of same – the cure.
Man must seek and learn how to attain via consciousness the greatest amount of spiritual energy inflow from the Infinite, through living the progressive, regenerative way.
